Hi, I’m Chris McKenna – a criminal defence lawyer advocate based in Paisley, Glasgow Scotland.
Chris graduated in law with honours from Glasgow University and worked with a large, well known Glasgow law firm before joining Tod & Mitchell in 2008. He is an extremely diligent and able Court practitioner who has developed a wealth of experience in all aspects of criminal Court work.
Chris became a Solicitor Advocate in 2014 and has already appeared on many occasions in the High Court of Justiciary conducting Trials and achieving great results.
Since Chris joined Tod & Mitchell, he has progressed considerably, honing and enhancing his excellent advocacy skills by the training and experience afforded to him through obtaining rights of audience in the High Court.
Chris is an avid reader of the law and is particularly adept at raising preliminary evidential objections which have, on many occasions, been successful resulting in no further proceedings for his clients.
He has, undoubtedly, been an outstanding addition to Tod & Mitchell and consistently achieves excellent results for his clients through his meticulous application to work and comprehensive knowledge of the law.
